Replyless can notify you about important messages, AI activity, and weekly progress — by email, browser push, or both. You are in full control of which notifications fire and when. All notification settings are per-account, so changes apply only to your profile.

Enable or disable individual notifications

1

Open notification settings

Navigate to Settings → Notifications.
2

Toggle each notification

Use the toggle next to each notification type to turn it on or off. Changes are saved automatically.
For browser push notifications, your browser will prompt you for permission the first time you enable them. You must allow notifications in your browser for this feature to work.

Set quiet hours

Quiet hours prevent Replyless from sending real-time alerts during times you have designated as off. Digest and summary emails are unaffected by quiet hours — they send at their scheduled time.
1

Open notification settings

Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours.
2

Enable quiet hours

Toggle Enable quiet hours on.
3

Set your hours and timezone

Choose a start time, end time, and confirm your timezone. You can also select which days quiet hours apply — for example, all seven days, or weekends only.
4

Save

Click Save quiet hours. Real-time alerts generated during quiet hours are held and delivered as a batch when quiet hours end.

Customize your daily digest

The daily digest is a single email that consolidates everything Replyless handled overnight. You can control what it includes and when it arrives.
1

Open notification settings

Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Daily digest.
2

Set your delivery time

Choose the time you want to receive the digest. Replyless delivers it within a 15-minute window around the time you pick.
3

Choose digest sections

Toggle the sections you want included:
  • Replies sent — a list of emails where you sent a reply through Replyless
  • Emails deferred — messages the AI held for your review
  • High-priority flagged — emails the AI marked as needing your personal attention
  • Weekly tip — one short tip about improving your AI settings (Fridays only)
4

Save

Click Save digest settings.
Check that you have granted notification permission in your browser settings and that Replyless is not blocked. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Notifications and confirm that the Replyless app domain is set to Allow. You can find the exact domain shown in your browser’s address bar when you have the Replyless app open.
Yes. Navigate to Settings → Notifications and click Pause all notifications. Choose a duration — 1 hour, 8 hours, or until you re-enable them — and click Confirm. Digests and summaries will resume on their next scheduled cycle.
Email notifications are delivered regardless of whether you are signed in. Browser push notifications require the Replyless tab to be open or the browser extension to be installed and active.
