Whether you’re just getting started or have been using Replyless for a while, this page covers the questions we hear most often. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, reach out to us at replyless.ai.
Replyless connects to Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho Mail via OAuth. You authorize the connection directly through your email provider’s login — no passwords are ever shared with Replyless.Support for additional providers is on the roadmap. If your provider isn’t listed, you can join the waitlist from your account settings.
Replyless reads the content of your emails in order to generate AI drafts and categorize your inbox. This access is necessary for the product to work.
Replyless does not sell your email data to third parties. Email content is processed to generate replies and is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
Yes. You can connect more than one email account to a single Replyless workspace. Each account is managed separately, with its own inbox view, AI drafts, and categorization settings.
Switch between accounts using the account selector in the top-left corner of the inbox UI.
When you first connect your account, Replyless analyzes a sample of your past sent emails to learn your tone, phrasing patterns, and typical response style. Over time, the AI continues to refine its understanding based on the edits you make to its drafts. You can also provide explicit style preferences in your account settings under AI preferences.
Yes — always. Every AI-generated draft appears in the compose pane for your review. You can edit any part of the draft, change the subject line, add or remove recipients, and attach files before sending.
Replyless never sends an email on your behalf without you explicitly clicking Send.
If you’ve enabled Send delay in your settings, you have a short window (configurable from 5 to 30 seconds) to cancel the send. Look for the Undo send prompt that appears in the bottom of the screen immediately after sending. If the email has already been delivered, Replyless cannot recall it — that limitation applies to email as a protocol, not just Replyless. You’ll need to follow up directly with the recipient.
Enable Send delay in Settings → Sending to give yourself a safety buffer on every outgoing message.
Replyless has a responsive web UI that works in mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS and Android app is in development. For the best experience today, use Replyless in a desktop or tablet browser. Mobile browser support covers core inbox actions, reviewing drafts, and sending replies.
You can pause AI drafting and inbox triage at any time without disconnecting your account.Go to Settings → AI preferences and toggle Pause Replyless. While paused, your emails still sync to the Replyless inbox, but no drafts are generated and no categorization changes are applied. Resume at any time from the same toggle.
No. Replyless does not send any email automatically. Every outgoing message requires you to review the draft and click Send. There is no auto-send or autopilot mode.
If you see an email in your Sent folder that you don’t recognize, check whether another app or browser tab had the compose window open. Replyless cannot send email without a user action in the UI.
Replyless uses OAuth tokens to access your email — your password is never stored. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.OAuth access can be revoked at any time from your email provider’s security settings or from Settings → Connected accounts in Replyless. Revoking access immediately stops all email syncing. For a full breakdown of security practices and data retention, see the Security overview.
